Students	Classroom Teachers
Collaboration allows for more authentic learning for students (Third grade teacher)	Teachers like that they plan with the Teacher-Librarian and get to bounce ideas off each other. (Kindergarten teacher)
Students learn HOW to find the answers to their questions on their own (Third grade teacher)	Teachers are able to learn from the Teacher-Librarian as well as the students. (7th grade Social Studies teacher)
Students feel that the library is their classroom (Kindergarten teacher)	Teacher-Librarian has a global perspective of the school. They have the position to impact achievement of all student son the campus. (Principal)
Expands student knowledge, students are able to transfer knowledge from art work to books (Elementary Art Instructor)	The Teacher-Librarian is able to teach students on subject in one class and have the students prepared for art class. This helps the art teacher to know their students have the background knowledge they need in order to be successful in creating their project. (Elementary Art Instructor)
Students are able to make their own connections between their background knowledge and texts (Seventh grade Language Arts teacher)	Teacher can take the curriculum and deepen the lesson with the knowledgeable help from the Teacher-Librarian. (3rd grade teacher)
